Please read all our terms of use. If you use Admiraltoys.com you signify your agreement to the terms and conditions of our sites. If you do not agree with our terms or conditions please do not use this site.

Payment

We offer MasterCard and Visa. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address and daytime/nighttime phone numbers. If the billing address or the security code does not match that which is on file at the financial institution, if authorization is not given for any reason, or if the issuing bank cannot support verification efforts, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. Please have your credit card security code available. This code allows us to further verify your card. Credit card orders without a valid security code will be subject to processing delays and our normal shipment arrival estimations do not apply. International Credit Card payments will be shipped as soon as our bank verifies customers address(2 -4 days). We will not ship internationally to an address other than the billing address.

Payment by money order or personal check will be shipped as soon as it clears. Customers whose checks are returned to us because of non-sufficient funds will be charged $25.00 for handling in addition to the amount of the check. If it becomes necessary for us to use an attorney or collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection fees.

International

International customers please email us for assistance, shipping quotes, and payement terms.

Custom policies vary from country to country. Your orders may be subject to import duties and taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance and must be borne by you. Admiral Toys has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and duties and taxes. Taxation and import duties also might not be applied if customs does not inspect your package. When ordering from Admiral Toys, you are considered as the importer of goods and must comply with all the laws and requirements of your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If the package is refused and returned to us due to your refusal to pay customs tax and duties, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15 percent of your order amount. Shipping fees are not refundable. The remaining balance will then be refunded back to you.

Preorders

All of our prepaid preorders are processed first. Every one else will be subject to availability. Preorders are paid in full including appropriate shipping at the time of your order. Prorders are refundable, just email us at CustomerService@AdmiralToys.com or call us at 214-517-8698. All preorders that are cancelled will be subject to a 10% refund charge to offset credit card fees incurred by the charge/void and handling fees.

Shipping & Returns

We offer both USPS and UPS shipping.Your cart may be too heavy or to big to use standard shipping. If for some reason your cart does not have a shipping quote available email us for a quote at any time at CustomerService@AdmiralToys.com

We offer UPS and USPS for international shipping. International customers please email us for shipping costs. We will do our best to offer you the most cost effective way to get your items to you. Admiral Toys is not responsible for any international shipment once it leaves our hands.Please email us with any questions you may have at CustomerService@AdmiralToys.com.
