This User Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the Admiral Toys website and your use of this website as at retailer or retail customer. By using, visiting, or browsing the Website (AdmiralToys.com and other related websites where this Agreement appears) (the “Sites”), you are agreeing to the following terms, including those available by hyperlink, with Admiral Toys, and the general principles for the use of our website, and those of our subsidiaries and affiliates.

Payment
We offer MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address and daytime/nighttime phone numbers. If the billing address or the security code does not match that which is on file at the financial institution, if authorization is not given for any reason, or if the issuing bank cannot support verification efforts, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. Please have your credit card security code available. This code allows us to further verify your card. Credit card orders without a valid security code will be subject to processing delays and our normal shipment arrival estimations do not apply. International Credit Card payments will be shipped as soon as our bank verifies customers address(2 -4 days). We will not ship internationally to an address other than the billing address.
Payment by money order or personal check will be shipped as soon as it clears. Customers whose checks are returned to us because of non-sufficient funds will be charged $25.00 for handling in addition to the amount of the check. If it becomes necessary for us to use an attorney or collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection fees.
International

quotes, and payement terms.
Custom policies vary from country to country. Your orders may be subject to import duties and taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance and must be borne by you. Admiral Toys has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and duties and taxes. Taxation and import duties also might not be applied if customs does not inspect your package. When ordering from Admiral Toys, you are considered as the importer of goods and must comply with all the laws and requirements of your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
If the package is refused and returned to us due to your refusal to pay customs tax and duties, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15 percent of your order amount. Shipping fees are not refundable. The remaining balance will then be refunded back to you.

We offer both USPS and UPS shipping.Your cart

We offer UPS and USPS for international shipping. International
customers please email us for shipping costs. We will do our
best to offer you the most cost effective way to get your
items to you. Admiral Toys is not responsible for any international

Terms
Before you may become a retailer or customer of Admiral Toys, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to, this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. By accepting this User Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein. These terms and conditions apply to your purchase and use of any services offered by Admiral Toys. Furthermore, you also agree that your use of the Admiral Toys website or websites we operate may be governed by separate user agreements and privacy policies.
By accessing the website or becoming a retailer or retail customer, you consent to have this User Agreement provided to you in electronic form. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we can not allow you to use the website or our services.
This Agreement is effective on May 25. 2005, for current retailers, and retail customers, and upon acceptance for new retailers and customers.

PreOrders
All of our prepaid preorders are processed first. Every one else will be subject to availability. Preorders are paid in full including appropriate shipping at the time of your order. Preorder are refundable, just email us at 940-382-5900. All preorders that are cancelled will be subject to a 10% refund charge to offset credit card fees incurred by the charge/void and handling fees.
Manufacturers and retailers alike have noticed a shift in the market when it comes to customers’ confidence in preorders. This post will explain Admiral Toys Incorporated’s policy on preorders and will hopefully put the confidence back into the preorder system.
Admiral Toys Incorporated has admittedly missed an expected date of delivery. Our Panzer IIIL was our first 1:72 armor to be offered in the market. Being our first true diecast piece, we were unfamiliar with the final-stage processes that are required in getting the item to market. Miscommunications with our facilities ultimately led to setting back delivery and, unfortunately, affecting the consumer. We have learned from this mistake and believe we have found an easy solution:
“Do not make an item available for preorder on the Admiral Toys Incorporated website until we know a date of final production and the date it will leave our facility.”
Therefore, when an item is listed for preorder on our website, you can be confident that we have a very strong estimated time of arrival.
However, we have always stated the caveat that things can happen that are beyond our control. We have had flights and boats canceled due to weather, trucks stuck in high water, and delays within the U.S. Customs Agency. (Generally, toys manufactured from outside the country are heavily scrutinized by Customs, looking for possible trademark infringements. While we have all the appropriate trademarks, the process at Customs can take a long time, occasionally being unpredictable for purposes of scheduling. For example, our last shipment has been at Customs for a week and a half longer than expected.) Typically, we anticipate these types of delays to last no more than two to three weeks, but we do our best to anticipate and minimize such delays every time. We hope our customers understand that things can happen outside of our control.
Understandably, our retailers may have a different take on preorders. Many of our retailers will allow their customers to preorder models that are not yet listed on our site as available for preorder. This can be for good cause. Many of the retailers have spoken with either Jason or Jim about the status of their order and knew our time of estimated delivery. They make the judgment call and list it for preorder if they feel it is appropriate. We have even noticed that some retailers will state an arrival time past our expected time of arrival. This gives them some wiggle room either way. In a competitive market, preorders are often a must for retailers. As you know Admiral Toys, currently only sells to on-line retailers and small brick and mortar establishments, and competition for sales can be tough.
We do advise, however, that customers be cautious where retailers set preorders for our models for which no photo is available or about which Admiral Toys has not discussed on its website. Some retailers may prematurely accept preorders without first confirming the status with Admiral Toys, a practice that in turn sheds a bad light on our company. When their customers call us wondering about the status of their order with that retailer, we simply tell them the truth, and the truth is sometimes not what they want to hear.
We know that some manufactures have left preorders holding for six months to over two years at a time. We do not feel that this practice would be fair to our customers. Admiral Toys Incorporated will honor its customers and provide you and our retailers with our products within a reasonable time. We feel that there are many benefits to allowing our customers to preorder models, and we hope that the preorder market has not been defeated over the past couple of months. We are known for our candor, and we are not afraid to admit when we are wrong or when we miss a deadline. However, Admiral Toys strives to minimize those nasty delays from occurring. Some delays are unavoidable, but our priority is to not let those delays affect our customers. As such, our dates are set to anticipate most delays.
