Welcome to the official website of Admiral Toys Incorporated.  Thank you for taking the time to preview our site, and thank you for your interest in our products.  If you have visited our website in the past you will notice it has undergone a complete redesign.  This is because Admiral Toys Incorporated is growing and moving forward to the next level of collectible model making and wants a website that reflects this advancement.  However, even though our website has changed, the values upon which this company was founded have not.

Admiral Toys Incorporated is still dedicated to being the very best in the industry when it comes to retailer and customer service.  We pride ourselves in this respect and have been critically acclaimed as the very best in the industry.  We hold ourselves accountable for the quality control of our models and feel it is the job of the manufacturer, not the retailer, to back the models they sell.  As such, we hand inspect each and every model that leaves our facilities.  Have confidence when purchasing or selling an Admiral Toys product that you are receiving a quality model.  You are not, nor should be, responsible for any defect in a model should, for some reason, a defective model reach your customer.  We will handle all customer issues and resolve each complaint on your behalf and in a professional manner.  Your time is better spent selling models than having to deal with quality control issues.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

PLEASE NOTE

We have changed our policy for placing orders.  Please FAX all orders to 940-382-2992.  This assures you the fastest turnaround on your order.  If you do not have access to a fax machine, you may email your request to CustomerService@AdmiralToys.com.  Be sure to place “Admiral Order” in the subject line of your email.  This will help your email to bypass our spam filters so that we can receive your order.  However, to best ensure receipt of the order, faxing your order is our preferred method.

We have set our website to accept orders from retailers. If you would like to set up an account please call us 940-382-5900 and we will set the online account up for you. With this feature you will be able to log on and see wholesale prices and place orders for any items that are in stock. When you use this feature opt to pay by check or money order. We will process your credit card when the order is shipped. The website will not give correct shipping totals for large orders. By paying for the order with the check or money order option you will not be overcharged for shipping. Please call us with any questions.
